Revocation/canceling of a will
Revocation refers to cancellation of a decision or a promise
Ways in which a will can be revoked/canceled
a. Marriage of the person who has made a will
b. Making another will or codicil(an addition or supplement that explains modifies or revokes a will or part of one) can lead to revocation or cancellation of the original will
c. Destroying of the original will in case it is burnt ,torn by its maker or any other person under the instruction of the maker
d. In case the will has illegal parts then it can be cancelled unless the illegality is corrected.
e. Incase its noticed that the will was made in mysterious circumstances for instance in doubt that the maker/deceased actually made the will if contested the will can be cancelled.
